1. In hot dip galvanizing production,this machine can remove the Fe in the flux tank to adjust the PH value automatically and efficiently, thus reduce the generation of zinc dross when galvanizing,which not only improves the surface quality of workpiece but also reduces the zinc consumption,effectively reduce the cost.
The equipment consists of electric control system, reaction system and filtration system.
1. Electronic control system
PLC and ntouch touch screen are adopted,with human-machine interface,simple operation and accurate control.It can monitor the flow of pipeline in real time so as to adjust the amount of A and B at any time to ensure the efficient operation of the whole equipment under unattended conditions.
2. Chemical reaction system
In this system, ferrous ions will be oxidized to ferric and precipitated to Fe(OH)3..All the reaction system pipelines are made of polypropylene (PP) material,Corrosion resistant, high temperature resistant,ensure the equipment can work stably for a long time.
The precipitation generated is retained in the filter,which always keeps the solvent tank clean and the production normal running.The system is convenient and quick to clean, and has high re-use times. All of them are made of polypropylene (PP) material, resistant to aging and have a long service life.
