Any supplier can quote a zinc tank. Far fewer can engineer a galvanizing plant that holds temperature, holds emission limits and holds up after years of acid, flux and molten zinc. This project — a customized 20,000 ton per year hot dip galvanizing line built to ISO9001 standards — is our answer to that gap.
The zinc tank is the heart — and the most expensive consumable — of any galvanizing line. This design protects it three ways. First, high speed pulse heating delivers uniform heating and high thermal efficiency instead of hot spots that thin the kettle wall. Second, a real-time heating control system watches the whole process, diagnoses faults early and alarms before a minor drift becomes a failed tank. Third, the acid concentration testing equipment lets operators see the true state of the acid at any time and adjust production rhythm accordingly, so pickling quality stays consistent and carry-over to the flux is minimized.
Pickling lines are only as good as their air. Acid fumes are captured in a closed room of 61.0 * 3.8 * 6.5 m, collected centrally and treated before discharge — no overflow, no drifting mist over the shop floor. An optional fixed zinc smoke collecting and treatment unit with high dust removal efficiency handles the galvanizing zone, and it is compact enough to fit existing layouts and simple enough to maintain in-house.

We start from your data, not a catalogue: workshop size, workpiece mix, required tonnage and local utility conditions. Every line is drawn around a ring layout on your actual 81 * 15.9 m floor, heated with furnace oil where that is the most economical fuel, and validated against the water, power and compressed air figures you can genuinely supply — 0.01 m³ water per ton at 0.2 MPa, 230 kW of power, 3 m³/min of compressed air at 0.5 MPa.
Share your workshop drawing and capacity target, and our engineering team will return a customized ISO9001 galvanizing line proposal with layout, utility schedule and process guarantees.
