Continuous Annealing Furnace
Below is an example of continuous annealing line with the production of 200 thousand ton, which equipped with double uncoilers, double-layer shear, electrolytic cleaning machine, vertical looper, vertical/horizontal annealing furnace, planishing mill, tension leveller, edge-cutting shear, coiler for trimmings, exit shear and double coilers.
The anneal furnace adopt radiant tube as heating type, with vertical/horizontal furnace, the maximum technological speed is 160m/min,the maximum running speed at exit is 220m/min.

1. Both longitude wire and cross wire can be feeded from wire coils automatically.
